The reason I put AJ as a NOT is because the 10th-place run was a HUGE disappointment for him, and he's been bitten by bad luck a lot lately(just like last week at Loudon). I'm not trying to be down on the guy; actually, just the opposite. If I put a guy in the NOT section, it's because I expect him to do better, and AJ proved he could've done better at Dover. But bad luck bit him again. That's why he's a NOT this week. I totally agree with you. He's been running in the top 10 during every race for at least the past month and is showing people the 43 team is on its way to being a contender. To have led so many laps and have the dominant car for much of the day is a big step for them. I've been a Petty fan for 20 years and this is an exciting time. AJ has the most potential of any driver of the 43 car since the King himself. He showing it's not false hope - that team is turning into the real deal. Finally!
