This year’s Super Bowl gives me a greater appreciation for die-hard sports fans. When the Pittsburgh Steelers won the AFC Championship to advance into the big game, half my Facebook friends list came out of the woodwork and my wall exploded with “Go Steelers!” comments. Saturday night, 28-year old Jason Bowles won the biggest race of his life. Jeremy Mayfield sat down with Steve Byrnes to do an interview for Speed’s NASCAR Race Hub on Tuesday. The six-minute interview didn’t really reveal anything we didn’t already know, at least as far as Mayfield’s ongoing “Drug War” with NASCAR is concerned.
