Carl Edwards and Greg Biffle are looking to have bounce back seasons.  Carl, who came close to beating Tony Stewart for his first Sprint Cup Series title in 2011, and Greg Biffle, who is trying to get back to victory lane for the first time in 2 years, both got their seasons started off right as an all-Roush-Fenway Racing front row is set for the Daytona 500.

The first man outside the front row was Dale Earnhardt Jr.  He was the fastest man out of the Chevy Impalas that hit the track.  He qualified third, and sorry to say for Junior Nation, that only gives him a front row spot in the first Gatorade Duels race tommorrow.

Notable Go or Go Home drivers who have a chance to make the 500 include: David Stremme, Kenny Wallace, and Tony Raines.  Guys like Kenny Wallace will need to race their way into the 500 tomorrow for the Gatorade Duels.   Terry Labonte qualified on time, but if he makes his way into the 500 via the Duels, that will open the Champions Provisional door for Bill Elliott.
