Harvick gets truck pole in Dover

Kevin Harvick claimed the pole for the Lucas Oil 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Dover International Speedway on Friday with a fast lap of 22.751 seconds. He’ll be joined on the front row for the race later in the day on Friday by Richard Childress Racing teammate, Joey Coulter. Coulter qualified second with a lap time of 22.881 seconds.

Ron Hornaday and Johnny Sauter will start third and fourth to make up the second row on the starting grid.

The Lucas Oil 200 will start one truck shy of a full field of 36, as only 35 trucks entered and made qualifying attempts. Live television coverage of the race is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. ET on SPEED.
