NASCAR, manufacturer officials talk about 2013 and new Gen-6 car

Earlier this week, during NASCAR’s Countdown to Daytona media tour, NASCAR officials and representatives from Chevrolet, Toyota and Ford met in Detroit for a roundtable-type discussion about the 2013 season and the Gen-6 Sprint Cup Series car set to hit the track later this month at Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway.

Those participating talked about such things as parity and returning to a more “stock-looking” race car. Below, is video footage of the discussion, hosted by AutoWeek:
