Two NASCAR crew members fail drug tests

On Tuesday, NASCAR announced the indefinite suspension of two crewmen for violation of the sanctioning body’s substance abuse policy. Jackson L. Dodson II, member of the No. 15 Michael Waltrip Racing crew in the Sprint Cup Series, and Frank W. Earnhardt, member of a team in the Nationwide Series, were found by NASCAR to be in violation of sections 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing) and 19 (violation of the NASCAR substance abuse policy).

As with drivers, both Dodson and Earnhardt may re-obtain eligibility to compete in NASCAR again, should they enroll in and complete NASCAR’s Road to Recovery Program. But at least one of them would have to search for new employment to do so, as Dodson was fired from MWR.

The only reason the other guy wasn’t fired is, his last name is Earnhardt. Sorry Dodson. LOL
