The Chase for the Sprint Cup 12-race postseason for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series kicks off Sunday at Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Ill., with the running of the Geico 400. This year’s Chase, specifically, the Chase field, has already been in the news for much of the week with the penalties handed down to Michael Waltrip Racing that knocked Martin Truex Jr. out and replaced him with Ryan Newman. With the dust from that settled, teams get down to business, setting their sights on the 2014 Sprint Cup.

Of the 12 Chase drivers, Kevin Harvick is the only one with multiple wins at Chicagoland, with two trips to victory lane. Other race winners at the track among the 12 Chasers include Kyle Busch, who his tied with Jimmie Johnson for second in points, three points behind leader Matt Kenseth, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Ryan Newman.
