Time to name the Brickyard race

Crown Royal, title sponsor of the July 27 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway has kicked off its annual “Your Hero’s Name Here” program to select a veteran or active military member to honro in the name of the Indianapolis race — Crown Royal Presents the (instert name here) 400 at the Brickyard.

Race fans and Crown Royal consumbers 21 and over may visit CrownRoyalHeroes.com to nominate their heroes for consideration. Nominations are being accepted at the site through April 13. Finalists will be announced at the end of April.

This year, the title sponsor has also partnered with Packages From Home to send care package to active-duty troops stationed overseas. Also, Packages From Home and Crown Royal provided VIP race-weekend experiences to 20 military members from nearby Luke Airforce Base for the March 2 race at Phoenix International Raceway.
