]]> Kyle Busch won the 2010 Stock Car Spin NASCAR Least Popular Driver award by almost a whopping 3,000 votes.

Busch took 40% of the 9,271 votes cast by you, the fans. An amount which equaled an astonishing 3,741 votes. Second place Brad Keselowski took 10% of the vote with 883 tallies. Jimmie Johnson(8%), Carl Edwards(6%), and Dale Earnhardt Jr.(5%) rounded out the top 5.

The Least Popular Driver contest was decided by a poll, in which fans got to vote for who they felt was NASCAR’s Least Popular Driver. Unlike the NASCAR’s Most Popular Driver award, where fans vote for their favorite driver, the Least Popular Driver award allowed fans to voice their opinion against the driver that just rubbed them the wrong way this season.

For all of his hard work, Busch earns…well, no official prize. But he does have the bragging rights of being NASCAR’s Least Popular Driver. Add that to his 3 wins in 2010 and I’m sure he’ll take that over no wins and being NASCAR’s Most Popular Driver any day. Congrats Kyle!
