]]> The Martin Truex Jr. Foundation is set to host its fourth-annual Catwalk for a Cause from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. ET May 15 at Michael Waltrip Racing in Cornelius, N.C., acccording to a recent press release from MWR. Proceeds will benefit the Martin Truex Jr. Special Needs Fund at Levine Children’s Hospital to provide financial assistance to patients and their families.

The main event of Catwalk for a Cause is always a runway show in which some of NASCAR’s biggest stars strut their stuff in some of today’s biggest fashions. Clothing will be provided by several Charlotte, N.C.-area boutiques, including Lavendar (owned by Truex’s longtime girlfriend Sherry Pollex), Avalilly’s and Fresh Boutiques.

Tickets are available for $75 and $125. The $75 Fashionista package includes a genereal seating ticket and swag bag. The $125 Trendsetter package includes a ticket for a reserved VIP seat and a VIP swag bag. Both ticket prices include valet parking, food and beverages.

A silent auction featuring such items as designer apparel, accessories and entertainment and dining packages will also be held at the event to rais additional funds.

“Martin and I are humbled at how big this event has grown in just three short years,” Pollex said. “We are proud to be associated with Levine Children’s Hospital and are so proud of the work that is being done there to improve these children’s lives. We are excited for this year’s event!”
